Ashley-Vancouver currently ships within Canada to ensure timely and efficient delivery for all customers.

Processing and Transit Times

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

Delivery Terms

Orders are processed at our facility before being handed over to the shipping carrier. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by visiting the “Track Your Order” page and entering your tracking number or your order number along with your email address.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
